  • Remote assessment of the foods you normally keep around and make simple adjustment suggestions based upon dietary goals, with emphasis on decreasing dietary toxic load and improving health, without sacrificing the foods you love. 
• Meal Planning  5 week meal plans Flat rate $100
• Shopping Trips (Local services only, at owner's discretion) 
  • For those who need extra help $90/hr

  • I go shopping for you and deliver for an additional fee. 
• Meal preparation 
  • WE make food together virtually, or in your kitchen for additional fee and at owner's discretion.
